A Mobile Sandblasting Crew That Comes to You
Pineywoods Mobile Sandblasting is a local, fully mobile sandblasting company serving Houston, TX and the north and west suburbs. The crew brings the compressor, blast pot, hoses, abrasive or media, protective gear and containment tarps straight to your job — at your home, driveway, business, ranch, marina, job site, plant or yard. Every job is done on-site, and the job site, access and setup are confirmed when the job is booked.
We blast and strip surfaces — paint, rust, mill scale, old coatings, grime and stains — but we do not paint, prime, powder coat or apply any finish. Customers often hand the cleaned surface to their painter, coater or restoration shop afterward. That clean, bare surface is what lets a finish hold.
From a rusty truck frame in a driveway to a painted brick wall, a stained concrete driveway, a drained pool, a grayed log home, a fleet of work trucks or structural steel on an industrial site, the method is chosen for the surface and the setting. We explain any technical term — abrasive, media, surface profile, flash rust — in plain words the first time it comes up.

About Pineywoods Mobile Sandblasting
The name is a nod to the pine forests north of Houston. We started this crew because it was hard for people to move frames, trailers and equipment to get them stripped — so we bring the blaster to them. We give honest advice on the right method, set up and contain the work carefully, respect neighbors and property, give clear quotes, and show up on time. We blast and prep; your painter, coater or restoration shop applies the finish.

We arrive with the rig and set up. We protect the area with tarps and containment, cover nearby cars, plants and windows, and confirm access and water if the job needs it. Then we blast — dry abrasive, dustless or soft media, whichever the surface calls for. When the surface is clean down to bare metal, brick, concrete or wood, we clean up spent abrasive and debris so you can hand the surface to your painter, coater or restoration shop. Steel blasted wet is treated to slow flash rust, and blasted steel should be primed or coated soon after.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you really come to me?
Yes. Pineywoods Mobile Sandblasting is a 100% mobile service. The crew brings the compressor, blast pot, hoses, abrasive or media, protective gear and containment tarps to your home, driveway, business, ranch, marina, job site, plant or yard. The job site, access and setup are confirmed when the job is booked.
What do I need to have ready before you arrive?
Mainly access and a parking spot for the rig, and sometimes a water source for dustless work. We protect the surroundings with tarps and containment, and we clean up spent abrasive and debris before we leave. We'll tell you anything else the job needs when we confirm the visit.
Do you clean up afterward?
We do. The crew contains the work area, covers nearby cars, plants and windows, and cleans up spent abrasive and debris. We follow local rules for dust, noise and runoff. You're left with a clean surface you can hand to your painter, coater or restoration shop.
Can you work in an HOA neighborhood?
Often, yes — and dustless blasting is built for exactly that, because mixing water with abrasive cuts airborne dust by a large amount. Jobs in HOA neighborhoods, marinas and commercial sites happen only with the owner's or manager's permission, and we follow the rules that apply.
Do you paint or powder coat after blasting?
No. We blast and prep the surface, and you hand the cleaned surface to your painter, coater or restoration shop afterward. We do not paint, prime, powder coat or apply any finish.
